Terminology

For purposes of this agreement (the 'Agreement'), the Platform is referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our'. Users and other visitors to the Platform are referred to as 'you', 'your', or 'User'. Collectively, 'we' and 'you' are the 'parties', and individually, a 'party'.

Processing and Retention Period for Personal Information

We will process and retain your personal data for as long as required by law or for the period agreed at the time we collected it.

Collaboration with law enforcement authorities for investigative purposes.

Generally, we retain your personal data for 1.5 years after you delete your account or if it is deactivated for misuse. This Agreement applies to all Users transacting on the Cesarz Finviox Global website and its mobile app (the 'Platform'). Invocation

Any reference in this Agreement to codes, statutory decrees, or administrative regulations means the most recently amended version, whether the amendment occurred before or after this Agreement was executed.

In this Agreement, the term 'include' always means 'including, but not limited to,' unless stated otherwise.

Users acknowledge that the Platform may use cookies to monitor activity while using the Platform and collect various data, including but not limited to IP addresses, geolocation, and other relevant information. For example, we may use video (including audio) recordings to verify the identities of P2P merchants and as evidence in P2P order disputes. We may also use facial video (including audio) data for Cesarz Finviox identity verification on third-party platforms..

Although the Platform employs technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is completely secure. Accordingly, we make no warranties regarding the security of the personal information you submit, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your personal data.

Updates to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. If we change the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the updates, including the new effective date and details of the changes. In some instances, we may also send you a direct notice. Please review the Privacy Policy regularly. By continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
